2. SCADA Data Integrity & Obfuscation
CRITICAL DATA SUBMISSION NOTICE
During the initial beta-testing phase of the Heaven platform, users are strongly advised to modify their SCADA data and not to enter or upload original datasets completely.
To safeguard your proprietary operational telemetry, intellectual property, and system secrets, we recommend using scaled, obfuscated, or synthetically modified parameters rather than exact copies of live grid telemetry. Heaven takes no responsibility for the exposure of raw original operational datasets uploaded during these initial days.
3. Data Accuracy & Market Telemetry
While Heaven ingests telemetry directly from third-party sources including the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), open-meteo, and local SCADA points, we make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or sequencing of the data.
Network outages, API throttling, sensor drift, and simulation constraints can result in missing or distorted values. Heaven shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or trading detriment incurred as a result of relying on inaccurate grid parameters or spot pricing charts.
4. System Dynamics & Physics Constraints
Any simulated AC power flows, interconnector dynamics, or battery degradation profiles are mathematical approximations governed by open-source libraries (e.g., PyPSA, Pandapower). Real physical grids are subject to complex dynamics, weather anomalies, transient events, and manual controller overrides that cannot be perfectly simulated in a web-based sandbox.
